VOLUNTEERING
The Helpline has numerous volunteers who are involved in a variety of tasks. Most of our volunteers are Helpline Desk advisers and they operate the Helpline Desk’s eight shifts each week. Other volunteers are involved in fund-raising, marketing, publicity, gathering statistical evidence and welfare benefits.
